Excellent value! Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great sized rooms with plenty of amenities. The rooms are set well back from the road so it's a very peaceful setting. The owner is super nice too!
A bit old but very clean. Well located in quiet place but very near of services.
Clean room... we asked a question at check-in she did not have an anwer. But 30 minutes later the german (sounding) lady walked up the hill to our room and verbally delivered information she tracked down for us. That was gracious and above and beyond. She did not need to do that, but she did. I felt like a fool however. I was reading on the bed and jumped up to answer the door quickly and did not realize till after i shut the door after talking to her , that with my belt was unbuckled and hanging down and my fly was wide open. She was gacious enough to try and pretend she saw nothing. Lol. It's just a hop to the main tourist drag from here. But nice to be away from the hoopla after you do the main street. You can park right infront of your toom door too. I'd stay again. Tried to a second time but they were fully booked, as was the whole town on a long weekend.

Quiet, peaceful spot close enough to the waterfront to walk if inclined. Very clean, and private. Gertrude was knowledgeable regarding Lunenburg history and pointed out places of interest. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Nova Scotia. Thank you Gertrude and Elisabeth!
