Great stay. Friendly innkeeper! Great food.

Great place. I loved it

Wonderful hospitality from owner Donna. A great location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Fantastic historic Inn. Great food and hosts are awesome.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at the beautiful Lunenburg Inn and I doubt you'll find anywhere better to spend the night in the Surrounding area. Donna, the wonderful lady who runs the inn, is one of the most friendly and heartwarming people I've ever met and meeting her was one of the most memorable experiences of my visit to Nova Scotia. She tries really hard everyday to ensure that the guests are having a great experience at the inn and she's always there to answer any questions about things to do in Lunenburg you might have or address any concerns of yours That have arisen The property itself has quite a cozy and historic vibe and I really like how its located just outside of the busier Historic downtown area. The location means you never have to worry about finding parking and it's still super easy to just walk into town without being right in the busy crowded areas all the time. I stayed in one of the rooms on the second floor. It came equipped with a comfortable double bed, a desk, a portable AC which was great to have as it was quite warm outside during our visit, and it had everything one would need for a short-term stay. The bathroom was spacious, also well equipped, and extremely clean - probably one of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever had while traveling. Despite being a historic inn, the property was very well put together and you can see that Donna and her husband spend a lot of time making sure that everything is up to tip top shape and running as smoothly as possible. The home cooked breakfast every morning was amazing and my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the plate of cookies left out at the front desk everyday. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi didn't work that well in the room but it worked quite well throughout the rest of the inn so I was able to use it in one of the small seating areas. There is plenty of parking outside of inn and it's just a short 5 minute walk to reach the downtown historic area of Lunenburg so once you arrive you can just park your car and explore everywhere on foot.Overall, I would definitely recommend the Lunenburg Inn if you're visiting Lunenburg and looking for somewhere with comfortable rooms, incredible hospitality, and that's reasonably priced considering all of the alternatives.
