loved our stay at the wheel house motel. walking distance to down town Lunenburg it was perfect. the room was quite nice with 2 double beds a mini fridge microwave and bathroom it was all we needed!
Huge rooms (the one I was in), comfy bed, couch, lots of closet space, nice staff and beautiful view out back The only downfall is no AC and no staff overnight from approx. 10pm - 10am. Sound proofing could be better.
Good location, but the WH is starting to show it's age. Starting to look run down, but the biggest disappointment is that the dining room is closed. Coffee in room, but no breakfast service.
Have stayed here three different visits to Lunenburg and would not think twice about not staying my next visit. Friendly staff and comfortable beds and only a short walking distance to the water front.
Price is okay, nice clean rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly service.
