If you are visiting Nova Scotia, make sure to go down to Lunenburg and visit Fleur de Sel. The food is always incredible. My girlfriend said that the 8 course tasting was the best meal she had ever had, and it would definitely be up there for me too. Also, a great thing to do is to have the tasting menu and then stay in their suite upstairs. The suite is beautiful, and then you don't have to worry about driving after wining and dining.

Fleur De Sel is in my opinion one of the finest restaurants in the Maritimes. Attention to detail is evident the moment one enters.
